The country is privileged with very fertile and diverse agricultural lands, which allows it to produce a variety of agrarian products that have different properties in flavour and aroma. Café Vélez focuses on using premium coffee of different regions of Ecuador, mainly high-altitude coffee. They specialize in commercializing coffee from: Loja, Yumbo, Intag and the Galápagos Islands. They also roast specialty lots. The company consists of 15 people running the factory, and 15 people in the office. Café Vélez is very meticulous and has very high standards when selecting its coffee, as well as with the roasting’s precision. Its qualified personnel inspect the whole process, from bean to cup, ensuring quality through professional tastings done regularly. |
