The company is engaged in processing of primary organic products collected from forests for production of juice, compotes, preserves, jams and teas in Armenia. The products are represented under the brand name ARMAT. The company uses exceptional local and organic raw materials collected from forests for its products.

A significant share of population in the Caucasus lives below the poverty line. This is particularly true for rural population. Economic growth is concentrated in capitals. Support to economic growth and promotion of employment is not significant at regional level thus inducing emigration from rural areas to capital cities or overseas. ASVA-RAF LLC initiated activities to sustain collection of wild herbs and to create value chains for such products as wild rosehip, wild dewberry leaves, wild cornelian cherry leaves, wild nettle and other wild berries and herbs in Syunik region, a rural region, thus helping the distribution of income to these areas.
