| Bio: | Juan Tama Association (Café Tierra Adentro) is one of the first indigenous organizations to export from Colombia. Through our work we have managed to improve the living conditions of farming families through the financial bonus we have achieved thanks to our coffee’s superb quality. Coffee production in Tierra Adentro (our territory and declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site) is cultivated by Nasa Paez indigenous families, at scales ranging from 500 to 25000 trees (maximum allowed) implementing agronomic practices seeking sustainability and the permanence of indigenous families in our territory. |
