Description:

This vinegar is a 100% natural product from the bananas that were discarded for dehydration. It is obtained by placing decomposing bananas on a cloth where they slowly drip their juice. This process takes five days and the resulting juice is left to mature for another three weeks. Finally it is strained and bottled, ready for consumption. The more mature the vinegar is, the sweeter it is.
