Golden Lime or Calamondin is a small citrus fruit with a delicate, soft, aromatic skin. We use the delicious skin of this relative of the orange to impart citrus tones to our unique chocolate bar. The calamondin’s blossoms perfume our cacao plantations, bringing a bath of harmony to all the species living here.
