Our coffee comes from the highlands of the Loja province of southern Ecuador. Our coffee from altitude is produced using agroecological methods in the mountains, between 1400 and 1800 meters. Through its responsible production we care for the local flora and fauna, which forms part of our mission along with popular economic solidarity for our producers in our member organizations. Our production methods include best Se lo produce cuidando y utilizando las Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), applied throughout the harvest, pulping, drying, and storage. Our product presents chocolate and vanilla notes, acidity, excellent body , and an intense sweetness that make it irresistible.
