Description:

Traditional combination of 45% hibiscus essence and petals, 5% sugar, 5% lemon juice and 5% organic citrus pectin from Germany. The jam pasteurisation does not exceed 80 ° Celsius to preserve the protein and vitamin qualities of Hibiscus (Jamaica flower). Cooked jam is packaged in previously sterilised airtight jars. In this process no preservatives or colouring is used. How to use Jamaica jam is rich and goes well with cheese dishes, cereal, bread and yogurt.
