Our mission in creating our artisanal icecream is to present Colombian biodiversity to consumers, and to support reforestation and the protection of our native species. No chemicals are used in the production of our fruit.
Selva Nevada buys our fruit from small producers in the rainforest who otherwise may have difficult accessing markets and fair prices. By paying premium for quality, natural fruits, we provide them an economic incentive to conserve their ecosystems and to maintain best practices.
