While we view physical quality of coffee crops as integral to our success as a cooperative, we encourage CAC Pangoa farmers to help us maintain the quality of family life and the local environment: CAC Pangoa farmers think sustainably, remain cognizant of the affects of farming on local environment, engage in local reforestation initiatives, utilize diversification to ensure a higher standard of living, encourage access to education through cooperative workshops, and utilize cooperative resources to better ensure the quality of our crops.
