CENCOIC has been working hard to fight the decline of Colombian coffee, and have made great strides in improving yields and quality. The coffee is a blend of Caturra (50%), Colombia (20%), Typica (20%) and Castillo (10%). In the cup you get an amazing pomegranate acidity, with a white grape zing followed buy a smooth milk chocolate finish.
